This is a 2 stage tubular heat exchanger equipped furnace with a adjustable fan assembly to provide a custom airflow. We have had great success with these units over the years and as long as they are installed Our Way there has been very little maintenance required. CFM is usually set between 1500-2500 for most smaller (800-1200 Sq Foot) Hot Yoga Rooms and the units are Available in single or 3 phase configurations.
